Yeah.. I posted this before I saw the video and in the video it is definitely evident that he has low cut white briefs in some shots ....

So maybe it's Nina's hand.. or maybe it's the fact that they're laid down, nobody is holding the sheet in place.

In the pics where they are on their knees, it IS Ian's hand holding her sheet, but when they are lain, maybe at some point he fixes the sheet for his lady... so that's how his hands ends up there.... No I don't think it's wishful thinking.....
