- "Elena is a bitch in this clip. "I'm gonna let you go back to...whatever it was you were doing" What was that? Making him feel guilty for drinking human blood? He is a vampire and that's how he survives if Elena can't handle it, she can get lost"
- I think Elena's just being a bitch since season two.
- ugghhhhhhhhh Elena dont make him feel guilty again and again >.<
he is a vampire. he can drink blood. wat is your problem. grrrrrrrrrrrr
Here is MY problem... Is it JUST me who DOESN'T FEEL the way they feel after watching this.. or is it because I am a D/E fan?
Honestly I don't get the anger and the name calling... what IS UP WITH PEOPLE?....
Like seriously?!...
Have their sense and sensibilities abandoned them completely?
Well... Technically Elena wasn't making him uncomfortable.... the graveness of the situation of Alaric possibly stabbing his own brain and bleeding to death in like Samantha did, is something that made Elena shaky, and well... the way Stefan delivered it, made her lash out... She's in a position where she can loose absolutely NO MORE family or guardian.... and NOW, maybe she might just loose another, if Alaric's possible madness ensues .... So she's behaving like that.... That's what I figured.
PLUS... any uncomfortable feeling that he's feeling right now,is his OWN guilt of consuming human blood, when he clearly tried to quit. He feels like a failure, behaves like a dick, although he cares and well.... it's not right that ONLY HE has the legit right to do so.
Elena's ONLY guardian and semblance of an elder in the family is ALARIC. Poor girl is 18... EIGHTEEN!... what is wrong with people... this GIRL has LOST EVERYONE.... and the ONLY living person taking care of her might die a gruesome death...
In case anyone is wondering or is confused.. Lobotomy means:

Noun:A surgical operation involving incision into the pre-frontal lobe( In or relating to the foremost part of the frontal lobe of the brain) of the brain, formerly used to treat mental illness.And Samantha performed.. or rather very painfully tried to perform on herself with a KNITTING needle... and to even THINK of someone's own going through the exact same thing is skin curdling.... I am not really blaming Stefan but he introduced the possibility of it happening in a very casual and nonchalant way. The same way he talked about Jeremy's death. I understand that his way of distancing Elena and well cope with his won demons first, but Elena lashing out at him after such a behavior when she CLEARLY was trying to help him... she EVEN MENTIONED WANTING to help him.. asked him how he was when she entered... is normal, IN MY HUMBLE OPINION.
And the awkwardness in their relationship.... I mean after EVERYTHING that has happened... and after Elena clearly knows and admitted out loud the reality and totality of her and Stefan's relationship.. I think it's only normal. Living in the past, no matter HOW blissful, beautiful and loving it is.. is dysfunctional for EVERYBODY.
Like, if Damon fans keep on living in the hope of getting back the hedonistic, maniacal Season 1 Damon E-X-A-C-T-L-Y as he was before... then that's a lost cause... YES, we will see him regressing to that behavior but then he'll be returning back to his softer self from time to time. He's in a constant shift where he is sustaining that part of himself which lets him survive in the most optimum way. So... he'll be that person.. but it'll be different.. vastly or at least vividly.
Similarly... no matter how many cleanses Stefan undergoes or how many generations he saves or EVEN if he dumps himself into a vat of glitter... he'll NEVER be the season 1 Stefan again... and although the relationship between S/E was sweet, caring, warm, loving, sugar-y and fluffy and what not that immediately makes the heart of a girl flutter if you concentrate ONLY on them, minus Damon....
NOW.... I don't think S/E will get to be that until they start form scratch.
Like Elena said in the last epi. her relationship with Stefan was safe and warm, live a protective covering, a reassuring and stable hold.. that would never go away. But SHE UNDERSTANDS it now... and she also understands that that's not THE ONLY what a girl needs in a relationship or that shouldn't be what brings or binds 2 people together. So IF they have to be S/E again.. first and foremost they need to like REALLY know each other...
For that to happen, they will go through SEVERAL of these awkward phases....

Although even then she was called several horrible and disgusting names for her behavior but honestly.. HOW ELSE DO YOU BEHAVE with a guy who is supposed to be your good friend (who you fought with the guy himself and with your OWN friends and family to be friends with and understood him like no other) but who JUST "killed" your brother?
I just hope that people of this TV-SHOW fandom really matures.... rather than turning into immature petulant kids... >_< !
