man your entry hits close to home. i feel the same way about becoming an adult. it seems like yesterday i was wondering what highschool was going to be like, nevermind having a real life.
but here's to all the good times we get to look forward to! and college will be far from the end of us my friend. -charlotte

Babe, I'm so proud of you! It's been fun to watch you grow up into an awesome, intelligent, sexy, strong man, from the punk kid you were in highschool... ;) College has been a lot of work but it's also been a ton of fun and an immense growing experience, and i'm glad i coud share it with you. I'm sure you will continue to do awesome next semester at your co-op and also once you graduate. I'm going to try to visit you as much as i can. Love you.
The question still begs to be answered: if you're offered both a job and free grad school @ PSU + a stipend (usually around $2,000 to $3,000/month), which would you take?
I've been gaining insight into my peers with their decisions to go to grad school & get a job, go on to a Ph.D. (!!!) or just hop out of school and get work. Me, I'm like the last option. Probably because if I get into where I'm at now, it should be a sweet deal that pays dividends equal to having a master's degree (hell I know a guy with a master's who's applying there)...people who want to get a Ph.D. with no idea what concentration strike me as, honestly, afraid of what you're speaking about in this post; leaving the comfortable home they've carved themselves; their apartment, their roommates, their neighbors, the neighborhood, etc. You sound like you're starting to make the mindset change that comes with entering the work world, and I won't say whether thats good or not (because its not my decision to make), but do whatever you feel you'll be happiest and most
