On Friday I've promised to tell my interns everything I know about doing well in job interviews.

Any of you got top tips I could add to the mix?

"They are not interested in what you know (they already know it) they are interested in how you think"

That's certainly got merit. And how would one demonstrate that in an interview?

First up - do not learn by rote, then parrot responses to questions.

As part of their revision, get people to ask them questions that cannot be of the form 'explain X'
Instead ask relativistic questions such as "If X is true, what does that mean for Y"?, even if X is ludicrous.
