So we just got back from yam l'yam. it was really great. nothing but three days of hiking in the wilderness. on day one I found a porcupine quill which i proceeded to use for everything. the first night my shirt was sweaty and gross so I made a poncho with an airline blanket held together by the quill. so after the week in beer sheva we moved to ramat efal seminar center. they have a great library. the week was meant to be a fun week so we did what we had done on MBI. we went to latrun, on a few water hikes, and we also spent a day on the beach. it was really a lot of fun. then we had a free weekend. it started with a bus trip to tel aviv. we ( Read more... )

all is pretty good. at the airport I met with all the people that I had not seen since last summer. they were all glad to see me and I was glad to see them. so then we all hung out for a few hours in the airport. special day was really a lot of fun. in the moring I was Hansel, as in Hansle and gretel. i spent the morning in nothing but my best german accent. Henry left. this past sunday was visitor's day. I suppose it was alright. I mean, my school friends didn't show up and I had to spend a lot of time stressing about the tochnit erev for that night.
