They are hebrew letters, albeit stylized. From the bottom, counterclockwise, it means Leviathan. It's the official symbol of the Church of Satan.

That's how the Hebrew letters are written in the Torah and stuff like that - it's not stylized, it's how they're meant to be written.

And I hate to break it to you, but it doesn't say Leviathan. First of all, the letter on the bottom is a final letter and would never be written like that to start a word. Also, it's not the correct sound.
