It's good to splurge on a few key items like that because they can make or break an entire outfit. Fill in the rest with high quality, lower priced things if you don't have the $$ for the name brand stuff. Girls are lucky, Target = yay. But for guys they don't keep up with the trends of the metro-looking guys. But keep doin' your thing. You can't go wrong with that.

Fashion is not cheap. Ghetto people just don't understand. You don't have to rock Gucci, and Prada twenty four-seven. Especially if you can't afford it. But somethings you just have to invest the money to get it right. Plan a budget and hit up those thrift stores! They have some hot stuff. Don't abandon the jeans, hoodies, and sneakers, just incorporate them with something.
