Damn... I had an experience one time where a guy came up to me in a car as I was walking to the MARTA station from C-bou. He asked me directions to the mall, but then I noticed he was stroking it while I was standing there. He asked me if I wanted a ride and some fun. I said no and he left. Not nearly as bad as what you encountered, but it still scared the heck out of me. I can only imagine how you feel...

Don't worry, though. He was just some psycho freak that you'll most likely never see again.

Well, that's MARTA for you. I think that this goes in the "horror stories of MARTA", along with the story of two little boys pulling a gun on a older lady for asking them to be quiet.
