It's okay, El. This was my first referral ever, but I figure if they are stupid enough to suspend us, we should enjoy it. I, for one, am going to watch cartoons in the morning, sleep, and do my homework, all in my pajamas. It sucks, but it's good.

But my parents are not like yours. They are going to bitch at me all day long whether it be over the phone (my mom) or in person (my stepdad) which I wish was vice versa. I already have to mop the alll the linoleum floors which is like the kitchen, all the bathrooms, the front entranceway and the fireplace. Then I have to clean both bathrooms upstairs and down (I don't have to clean the Master bedroom's bathroom, thanks Heaveans) and then all of upstairs. I'm not going to have it easy like you do.

You shouldn't be so hard on yourself about it - especially when their being dumb and "punishing" you by giving you a day of from school. Just be happy that you guys didn't get SAC - because although it can be good as in you'll get a lot of work done in SAC, the room would have seemed claustrophobic with all 5 of you guys in there, plus any other people that had SAC that day, and it gets really boring in there. I've never been written-up before but i got in trouble once in 8th grade and it was the first time the principal called home and talked to my parents - i thought it would be horrible - but it wasn't the end of my world - and this won't be the end of yours.

Yea, read the reply I wrote to Amanda. This is not as easy and passing by as you think it is for me.

We were allowed to be in Liz and Liang's room because Mrs. Negri said we could as long as we left the door open, which we did. She was even in there sometimes to check on us. So that part was OK. I don't want to give the names of everyone who was suspended without them knowing. To know The way they found out is also left up to the person that did that if he or she wants to make that public.

No, the person didn't rat us out because he or she wasn't thinking about it when he or she did it. The person probably didn't even think it would come to this. You'd know what I mean if you knew the situation.

im sorry el. don't sweat it. this is a ridiculous thing to be suspended for. you and me both know you didn't get suspended because you were "breaking curfew." you were suspended to satisfy someone's (i think you know who) anal retentive ego. this only happened just for the sake of proving a point (a rather insignificant one might i add.) just enjoy your day off. it'll be the shortest week you've had all school year =)

Hey El,
I like this journal better (you actually write entries longer than a couple of sentences), but WOW you play that minority card. Anyway, in case you hadn't noticed, I haven't updated in forever and I haven't been on in forever, so this is the first chance I've gotten to peruse your new journal. Sorry about Takiyah, hope you're okay, glad you're happy with your job and all that, and HELL YEAH I enjoyed my day off. I think that Liz is very right, and I think it was an incredibly stupid punishment, whereas SAK would have driven me crazy, personally. I can't just sit all day. But, yeah, I'm thinking of using my livejournal again, so I'll go add your new name to my frineds list and write an entry about pettiness.
