House Hunting is not easy...

So, Megan and I have been shopping around for houses for a while now. We haven't had any luck yet, but are trying to be open minded (which is hard when you are picky). There's so many houses out there, but its hard finding one that you can picture yourself living in. So yeah, we have looked at about a dozen so far, none of which we are too keen ( Read more... )

Dude, you're right, you can't be too careful. You can't just pick up the first thing. You've got to think about sleeping there, eating there, and doing business there. Will you be proud to show your clients your home? Will you be proud to invite them in and let them shoot up in your basement? So many crack houses now-a-days don't have any real style or class. I suggest you look to the Opium-Dens of the 20's & 30's for style inspiration. This is a place people will be experiencing their delusions and ODing. Make sure you have plenty of rooms and maybe even a dumpster out back for the bodies!
