I really like this stuff. It's hard to pronounce it right. It doesn't rhyme with blow. It's not fooooo, or fuuuuu. It kind of rhymes with "duh". But not exactly.

It's "faw" with your voice rising at the end, like you're asking a question. "Faw?" or "Faugh?"
Viet Namese is a tonal language. Phô is totally yummy, but bring a spare shirt and leave it in the car, because you will be wearing some of the soup by the time you're done.
