Oh man, so much work. We're part of a franchise and in the process of opening the third restaurant in our city. Kevin is the regional, I'm an assistant manager, and we are invested in all of them, plus the sister restaurants.
I never thought about the AMOUNT of STUFF that has to be delivered. Like, everything. All small wares, plate ware, glassware, kitchen containers, flatware, lexans, food, kegs, alcohol, wine, etc etc etc etc etc etc. :D
Then the hiring, setting up the training, training, scheduling, tests, blah blah blah blah.
