Surprisingly it's actually quite affordable... *If* you qualify as an EU student of course. Which means you need to have been here 3 years or something. While undergraduate fees for local students are capped at £3070/year (2007/2008*), for postgrad courses, especially business-oriented ones, they can charge wtf they like. So it depends largely on the course. Generally though it's living expenses which are the bigger factor... You may be paying £6000 in fees, but you'll need *at least* another £9000 to support yourself.
An Honours degree in the UK isn't any longer than a normal Bachelors, you just take on more coursework. If you do badly in an Honours you can still be awarded a Bachelors. So I don't think it's a requirement for a Masters at all.
Distance learning (like Open University) is worth investigating too.
