Experimental Dinner
Decided I wanted to post this somewhere...
After going through spices (what little we have in my opinion, J doesn't think so) decided to do a cardamom, cumin, cayenne, garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil rub for pork chops.
Just wonder if the various flavours will be drowned out.
