The spicy crock pot pork came out really well. Four habanero peppers is as hot as it will ever go, however. It was starting to get a little too much on the spice, and if I'd gone further it would have blocked the actual flavor of the marinade/sauce.

Keep an eye out for cheap seasonal tickets 3-4 months out, you might be able to find a good deal, or heck, try and find a renewable energy expo or conference out there, do some mingling for the university.
