weight gain 4000

Well, the diet seems to be working. Still plenty strong, and I don't feel like I'm getting weaker.

The big news is that it looks like you can see the outlines for my abs. No six-pack, bu the outside definition is definitely there now! Now I just need to lose a little more and I'll be ready to start adjusting for weight gain in earnest.

you could always be doing the same kind of structured eating that I'm doing. It's kind of a diet, but not quite since it's multiphasic.

I thought that using the simple calories in v calories out would work, but there's a lot of room to tweak stuff for better performance. Yeah, the calories in v out works, and it works well, but if you're willing to fuck with your body chemistry to a certain degree, you could be dropping the weight like mad.

I assume the risk, so I'm reaping the reward, but it's pretty clear that you could fuck it up pretty badly and be boned. Thankfully that hasn't happened for me yet.

Congrats dude - that's one of the coolest parts of getting fit/ripped; the landmark-lines of comic book heroes... Well, the simpler drawn ones, not the Liefied-Loeb nightmares of 48 ab muscles and 300 teeth!

Have you started to see your serratus? (think six-pack, but on your ribs, underneath your arms, aka Boxer's muscles.)
