I've already pushed my ankles to the point of "breaking." Sever bruising and tearing of the ligaments in both ankles and OCD lesions in my left ankle. I guess because my ligaments were so loose in the right ankle, the dislocation happened pretty naturally.
Bleargh~ I hope you get to feeling better soon and that you can get back to climbing eventually (which seems to be a matter of time, fortunately). In the meantime, gl with work~

Ack, that sucks! Glad to hear there's no fracture though.
In other leg-injury news, if my order for knee braces comes through I might be able to finally re-start karate next week. (I'm so out of shape after 10 weeks, ugggh).
