I'll take the good with the bad, but his use of the "state secrets" argument and the recent rulings there chill my blood.

I haven't really warmed up to him. I keep being told that he needs to pick his battles but I haven't actually seen him pick one yet. I'm willing to admit that my bias might have caused me to overlook it if he did come out swinging at some point though.
