I have a side job where I provide grammar feedback on tests from South Korea. The students are given a question, and told to write a full page essay on the subject

I found this interesting too.
I don't know all that much about South Korean culture.
Have a coworker who's originally from there and he is constantly talking about his old jock days post move to the US.
Makes one want to do some digging.
