Date: July 23. Time: 10:00 a.m. Place: yet to be determined, but one of the university policies is that the defense must be open to anyone who feels like wandering in. Some places do secret, closed-door oral defenses, which is too Illuminati for me. "Potentially alcoholic," eh? Sounds intriguing, especially at 11:00 in the a.m.
