I don't expect to make tons of progress on my 101 until probably next year. With the PE rolling into my celebratory, oh-thank-god-its-over trip to California folding into the holidays...time is short. But, I've already made progress, and this is as good of a time as any to record it. : )

Use the chinaFriends came to visit not long after I started the mission and I seized the opportunity! Also, I totally love the feel of those glasses. Don't let me forget that again.

1.
Do three things I have been putting off every three monthsThe hubby and I sorted through our old electronics and dropped them off with our local Maker's section who will give them a new life. We finally took our household hazardous waste materials into the dump! They only do this once a month and we've been missing it for one reason or another since NOVEMBER. I also got the rest of the shelves installed so that we weren't walking around them. : )
4.
Do something outside at least twice a monthI'm eeking by on this one. It's going to get a lot harder once the cold weather hits, but I the last month has been so miserably muggy that I think I'm likely to make August only because we'll be vacationing in CA for a week! : )
10.
Host a get together quarterlyWe're planning a Labor Day BBQ with some of the hubby's friends.
16.Create a wardrobe I love. (This is defined as a closet full of clothes I am equally happy to wear)
I'm working on this. I found jeans that fit (!) and bought two pairs. My biggest problem right now is that those are pretty much my only casual pants that fit! Ah well, onward and upward. : )
28.Buy a second car
We've decided to put our current "stash" towards this, with the goal of buying a car outright next summer. It won't reduce our loans, but it will reduce our monthly obligations.
34.Become a professional engineer
Am currently studying my brains out. I've received the letter back from the board saying that they have accepted my application! Now I just need to fill out (yet another) form, and send them $300 for the privilege. THEN I can register for the exam.
36.
Learn one new technical process/concept/soundbite each month.Steady progress being made. I won't bore you with the details but I was SUPER excited about July's as I've been trying to figure out how to do that for YEARS.
37.
Attend 80% or more of SWE meetingsKeeping up with this one. : )
44.Clean/sort/organize the closets in the rec room
Cleaning out the computer stuff and getting the books unpacked was a great start on this one! Still more to do, but at least what's in there is sorted.
53.Get The Dining Dragon to 5,000 page views/month
Got to about 2750 for July! : )
64.Can a vegetable
We have bought a pressure canner! The hubby canned green beans, but he did that without me! : ) We've also done pickles, but that really isn't what I had in mind.
84.
Take at least one picture of the hubby and I each monthDoing better than I realized on this one! Woot! Now to just keep it up. : )
88.Write 100 Simply Joy Sunday posts
I've done a couple of these. I know that it will be tough to be too regular with these until after the PE, but I figure every one I do now helps keep up the habit (and makes that 100 goal more achievable!). For posterity's sake, Post #57 was the first one I did after this challenge started. I am now up to #58. You can see them all
here.
92.
Do one home maintenance task per monthMy awesome husband is on this! I need to help more, but again, ACK exam!
99.Get a full length mirror that is tall enough for me to see myself, shoes to head, and put it in a useful location
100.Solve the jewelry organization problem
Ya'll I have these two on lock down.
Check this out. Just gotta save up my pennies!
