Yes. And I want one. But I'll have to figure out how to modify it to go faster, 1.5 km/h is a bit slow. Can't out run the cops in that thing.

Yeah, I would be laughing. I'm pretty sure they would fail to see the humor in it. But then again, I have the laser targeting system attached to my quad .50's so I guess what I find funny is what's important.
