I have to say that I'm intrigued by your story so far and that I'd like to read more of it!

I've also read the beta'd part and there was some very good advice in that chapter. Unfortunately I won't be able to help you myself as I'm not a native English speaker either, so I can merely say that I hope that you will soon find a beta reader to assist you.
