It sounds like you would have been isolated most of the time anyway, if it took 4 days to get the results.

Thanks!! well, I would have been home, anyway. My point of diagnosing it was.. if it WAS shingles, wouldn't it be nice to know for sure and have it treated?? Even if I was home already. AND, the only reason it took so long was because of the weekend. Apparently, since it was sent on Friday (late), it sat at the lab until Monday, and then it took the lab a day to get it to the doctor's office, and then I called the following day.

Could probably be eczema or psoriosis - I get them too. Good they were cautious but ZEESH!!
