Today I realized that I lost 30 pounds right after Bennett was born, and haven't really lost any more since. My goal is to lose well more than I actually gained during pregnancy so I can actually get to a weight that is healthy for me. Good for you! And good luck!! You can do it!

Check out www.fitday.com - an easy [sometimes time consuming but easy] way to track your foods and exercise and get an idea how you're doing.
