Justification: He has adventured a great deal before the first movie ever starts. As a con man, swindler, and genius who generally gets by by charming the pants off of anyone, he obviously concentrates on charisma. Also, I don't think he is quite an epic character, so I assume he is between level 12-15, based on what I have seen (Which doesn't include At World's End). If you need proof that he has maximum charisma, look at how RIDICULOUSLY popular the movies are, and then look at the lack lustre characters that surround Sparrow. Sure, gibs and the others are great, but for main supporting actor, we have an elf who thinks he is a blacksmith and/or a pirate (neither of which are true) and a skeleton in a dress, who spent most of the first movie being a competent strong woman, but decided to give that up for a sequel.

Lol to the Liz Swan analysis.

You know one of the things I really like about Davy Jones? He's the only character who really just doesn't give a shit about her. Everyone else, even the ones who try to kill her, is sexually obsessed with her. Why? Because she's the only white female character with more than three lines, that's why.

Aye! Bring on Tia Dalma! That crazed smile was all I needed to name her my second favorite character in the trilogy, after Barbossa.

See, what I dissagree. I think he has low intelligence but high wisdom. Because with all the shit he knows, he knows it because of all the mistakes he's made throughout his life (y'know, because he's kind of a bumbler). And his decisions are made based on his vast collection of experiences. If that's not wisdom, what is?

And yeah, I'm going to agree with people on high Charisma, because a lot of what he gets, he gets by playing other people. He's very highly manipulative. I even get the sense that the people who hate him only hate him because he wants them to.
