So my mom and I went to go see "Sherlock Holmes" today, absolutely fantastic!!!

I've read a few Sherlock Holmes' books and researched quite a bit, when I couldn't be bothered to read the books, so my knowledge of Holmes is not too shabby, and I utterly adored this movie! I mean it looks fabulous to start with, LONDON!!! I had a little homesick ( Read more... )

WORD to this entire post!
I saw it a few days ago and it was just amazing!

Holmes +Irene Adler= HUDDY!!!
Absoultely. I also love how Holmes seems to be Adler's main weakness
when it comes to doing her job, she definitely has a soft spot for him (just as Cuddy does for House).

Holmes and Watson interactions could take place in a House episode between House and Wilson and we wouldn't be any wiser.
Haha definitely. There was that scene in the movie where Holmes kept repeating "admit it!" and I couldn't stop thinking about the House/Wilson scene in Birthmarks :)

I WILL ABSOLUTELY DIE IF HUGH PLAYS MORIARTY, YOU ARE A GENIUS.

I hadn't thought about the weakness thing, good spot! God I'm so happy my favourite couple is based off of such an awesome couple!

Ah I thought that scene seemed so familiar, now I know why "Birthmarks", its practically the same LOL!

I also thought of House and Wilson the entire time, but I've read Watson and Holmes in the books and knew that House and Wilson were almost identical. The Irene Adler thing took me almost by complete surprise....that's probably why I failed so much about it :)

I'm so buying in on DVD and probably going to see it another time!

I WANT TO WATCH THE MOVIE TOO!

I've heard so many good things about it, and I love Sherlock Holmes/London/The Victorian era.

The bad thing is, that it is not in cinemas yet, but the day I leave for Canada -.-
(Wanted to watch it with some friends)
Maybe I will watch it there.

LOL AND I COMPARE EVERYTHING WITH HOUSE XD.
Sounds promissing :)
