Write to their headquarters and complain. Include a link to this blog post. Tell them you are upset and unhappy and that you're telling all your friends and family not to buy there, mostly because the managers refused to explain anything, threatened you with the police, and scared your son. Keep your receipt handy so you can give them transaction number. I'll bet within a few days you get an apology and perhaps more.
