Oh, where do I start?  I'm so exhausted, I'm surprised my fingers are able to type anything intelligible.  I got my blood drawn this morning and I'm hoping the test results come back normal.  I haven't had a check up in years so I visited a doctor yesterday that my boss recommended.  He was asking me several questions and then briefly in passing
