I don't know Tremors, but it's possible that they used the same line. It is, however, not the movie I had in mind.

I've got all 3 on dvd and seen multiple times (I've even got both the '68 and the '96 version of R&J). The one I've seen least is PotC, but that quote was in the trailer and since I work in a movie theater, I've seen it more times than I can count! I'm very curious about the other movies though! I mean, no. 2 is very *cough* intriguing...
