Another great chapter. I felt almost as nail-biting tense as Jack here :)
So many details I loved. How you signalled the change in Jack's perception of Brad since their drive to Kenton Hill (in the previous chapter) where Brad wanted to listen to his favourite radio station at full blast, whereas now - after Brad has sussed out who Ennis is for Jack - Brad prefers the radio to be at a lower volume and actually manages to be cool and perceptive and supportive about the whole thing. Kudos to Brad, and that teaches Jack not to trust first impressions about people (!), realizing that someone can be dramatic, snarky, funny, shallow but can also be smart and cool when it needs be. And I loved how Jack admitted Brad did a better, more graceful job of initiating their split up, than Jack might have done.

Just got a chance to jump online and found this update, what a great surprise! 10 years is a long time, hopefully Ennis is more mature and honest (with himself and Jack). Can't wait to read the next chapter and see how their reunion goes!
