When I was growing up, we had a cat that was half Siamese, and she had that "wwwerrrrrrooooooow" Siamese cry. Several years later when we got another cat, and it was running around going "mew! mew! mew!" we uh ... actually took it to the vet and asked what was wrong with it. :D
