I have been reading “Blue Like Jazz” by Donald Miller for ages and tonight, this was the paragraph I stumbled upon:

Interesting reading, Mrs.Tubbs. I'm thinking about forgiveness that took place in my heart after discerning that I could no longer work with my supervisor at my last job on a parish staff. The forgiveness was total gift--from God. I just showed up and prayed. God did the rest. And the results were amazing. I felt so FREE!
