Off on an Adventure!

Mr T and I have tickets to go and see U2 at Wembley in August!  The support band is Elbow.  We are excited already.  We’re the best part of £200 poorer after paying the £85 ticket price plus £8.50 (per blooming ticket!) booking fee.  But from what we’ve read, the tour sounds like it’s going to be spectacular!  (They did have £150 tickets, but £300

I am SO JEALOUS!!! I'm hoping I'll get to see them in Raleigh, if that stop is ever confirmed. I've only seen them once- Charlotte 2005- and it was fantastic. I can't even imagine seeing them when they were first starting out.

I've seen them on every tour since The Joshua Tree too, but not this time I'm afriad. You'll have a fab time I'm sure!

Sel went to see The Smiths at The Free Trade Hall in Manchester - that's one of those gigs that everyone went to too ;)

So jealous!!! I've never seen them, and DH keeps saying, "Oh, U2, they're great live!" I think he's seen them twice!
