finally got my laptop back from Scotland, as well as my cellphone. it was MUCH quicker than i expected....I can only imagine what it cost my cousin ADDITIONALLY to send it. I sent her 40quid, roughly $80...however, with it arriving in less than a week...i think she may have paid more than that to get it to me.

Huh. There are many Brazilians in the area where I work. There are a number of companies that hire Brazilians and help them move here. I have a few friends, and tutor others on my own time. ^^ There a fun bunch, and most of them like Japan, though they do miss their home country.

Yes there are. It's a culture that's been seeing some slow rise in interest. You are half-Brazilian? ^^ They are fun. They are more like Americans than Japanese, but it's interesting to see the combination together. ^^
