they're heeeeere...
OKay, so i finsihed my first batch of BIG holiday baking. I mailed about 8 small 1-lb boxes of my toffee (organic, fair-trade and wholesome) and 5 dozen of my TURBO TAN GINGERGENTRY (also organic, fair trade and wholesome) to family in Scotland. Cost me a total $130 to send everything! GAH! but, it was worth it. I really hope they all enjoy it.

They look fantastic! I wish I could bake sweet things, but sadly I'm only decent at cooking savoury food. Ah well, I'm sure your family will really love getting those packages - great work!

and, i want to apologize...i JUST saw that you attempted to contact me on AIM. I am such a dingbat. My problem is that my AIM is on my phone. So, i hardly am on it. ANd, then, usually, what happens, is that when I shut off my phone, then turn it back on, i forget to log out on AIM. I have to get it on my computer..but, i have been lazy about it.
I should make that a new year start. ^^
so, please know, when i saw that you got in touch with me, i felt sooo bad ...I don;t want you to think that i would not want to talk to you!
