holiday knitting part 1

Okay quick post.

SO, finished my baby sister's sweater a bit over a week ago. I got most of it done, while in Scotland, and finished up the rest before the first of the month. She picked the colour and the pattern...though, she does not know if i would "make it" in time for Xmas. My other younger sister opted for the traditional hat and scarf.  She ( Read more... )

it's all nice... one of my friends is obsessed with knitting... she does blankets and hats and sweaters... I personally get bored after 10 minutes and put it down... and I always forget to write my patterns down so unless I'm just going to do a single stitch I may as well forget it...

for me, knitting is a great way to keep me creatively busy while i widdle my time away in my Jdorama obsession. heehee

Oh, purdy! That's nice work. I've tried to knit before, although all I managed to do was a scarf. At some point I really ought to pick it up again.

Same here=))) I've only ever managed a scarf for a dolly and it was all straight knitting (no orbaments, nothing, the simplest there is) and way back at school at that.

So - although the picture quality sucks - I think you're amazing really. Must be nice to be your family=))

thanks mucho! though, iGOT to get a new camera. This one just bites.

I love to knit, it's a great way to watch anime/jdoramas and doing something creative at the same time. ^^
