Oh wow, less than 24 hours until the Emmys - I literally cannot sit still. OMG, Guess what!!??!! Someone just sent me a bunch of pics of Mariska because I adore her, and this was one of them. I actually was just getting ready to download it to photobucket so I could post it for you! I'm glad you go it! I knew you'd LOVE it!

Haha...I imagine you are more nervous than Helen. I saw the preview for her The Queen movie - that looks so good. I will definitely have to go see it. I'm so nervous for Jean & I haven't even met her. We thought for some reason that Helen was in that picture above with Greg & Jean, but it listed someone else's name - but my computer is so slow tonight that I can't get another one to load.

Squeeeee...I cannot wait until tomorrow - I don't know if I can sit still tomorrow morning in church & I'm skipping the evening service...sssssh, don't tell!!

PS: Have you heard from Dixie lately? I was watching DW tonight & thought about you & her!

Have you seen Elizabeth!?! (her Emmy nom performance) It's a MUST!! And The Queen starts at the end of September...at least, it's supposed to. They're saying it's a Oscar nom performance!! YAY!!

It's only natural that you're nervous for Jean! When you want someone to win and they SO deserve it, everything kind of builds up!

did you see the pic of Helen on my most recent post!?! It's from the Emmy rehearsal ceremony!! I basically died when I saw it!

I talk to Dixie a couple of weeks ago. We are trying to plan a visit before X-Mas. I think she is going to try and come to Chicago....Hal is going to be touring with Mark Twain, and she might do a few of the stops with him! YAY!! I miss my Dixie Belle so much!

Oh I LOVE you...I am going to post my Emmy recap a little later. Sure I was a little disappointed but there was something else that happened that made me totally forget that Greg & Jean didn't win.

That is a wonderful picture - thank you sooooo much!!! I wasn't too impressed with some pictures I saw of her on Saturday - there was that I hated her hair, but last night was a great improvement.

I'm sure you're so excited with Helen winning!!! Yay, I was thinking about you last night when they were getting ready to announce the winner!!
