I love the picture of Dot sticking out her tongue! How cute :) Ada loves the upside-down game, too. You both look very happy. Have a great trip! BTW, did the Smith clan give you the stuff I sent?
Yes, yes, yes! I feel like such a jerk because I haven't responded to your emails and comments when you were being so gracious as to give me gifts. I am so sorry and I am hanging my head in shame. I've actually brought the Bebe Au Lait with us on the trip. It's *sort of* working because Dot wants to play with it instead of eat, and that means she pulls it off, too. Still, it's definitely helping with the more public feedings. Thanks so much for thinking of us and sending these things. I forgot the swaddler, much to my disappointment, but I'm so relieved to have one (two!) in a bigger size.
Again, your gifts are much appreciated, even if I'm a shitheel.
No problem. You're welcome. I just wanted to make sure you got them :) I had the same problem with the Bebe Au Lait. It seemed to work best at 0-4 months. If nothing else, you can use it to cover her from the sun if she falls asleep in the baby Bjorn, as an extended shade on the stroller or you can use it to cover up her car seat while you're out of the car. I'm curious about the sling. Does it work for you? Mine is totally a different brand (with an adjuster) and I've never used that type before. I couldn't resist the fabric, though.
