The thing is, I take remarks like that about my height seriously if it's some person I've never spoken with before. If it's someone I know and we're already friends then no big deal.

No I know. Maybe I feel worse then I should. It's just if someone on the first time ever seeing me said "Wow you're short." I'd want to plot revenge too.
