New SPN fic, phew this one took a little while. It's a Sam/Jess and it of course contains some Dean. I was desperate to write a continuation of the Stanford fire scene so voila. Hope you enjoy you guys.
I love you! You did it! The sam in the grass after the fire: you finally did it! Ahhhhhh :D :D :D so painful and so wonderful and god damn it mr moore, god damn it, and DEAN and poor Sam and my god woman you're killing me here
This piece is just beautifully painful. From Sam's denial, to his grief--you just captures it so perfectly. You also captured Dean's steady, if uncertain and worried, presence always right alongside of him. I especially loved Dean's protectiveness of Sam during the funeral--so Dean, and so Sam to be so easily guilt-ridden. Sam and Jess have depth in this piece--a relationship that matters, that you can feel, that gives context to why Sam is back in the hunt and wants vengeance as badly as he does by the end of the first season.
I could keep going but the short of this is...you made me cry, so I love it!
Faye you have no idea how proud I am and thankful that you enjoyed this, you have one of the best Sam voices I've ever heard and your latest chapter of O'erthrown is amazing.
To have you enjoy it like you've seemed to is just such a compliment and thankyou so much petal. You rock. And thanks so much for commenting.
Sam's got a special place in our hearts and I love that you love him as much as me and write him so beautifully x
You totally flatter me! Because I feel the EXACT same way about you and you literally make my day every time you review anything I write. I am so envious of your Sam voice it's ridiculous.
Sam has definitely got a special place in both our hearts--and how could he not? He's Sam, and why more people aren't madly in love with him is beyond me.
Dude absolutely. Beyond me too how you can't fall in love with that boy. He's just absolutely wonderful.
Just leaving feedback for O'erthrown now, I hadn't even noticed you'd updated today. Ahhh the excitement, another wonderful chapter. Poor Sam, we put him through the mill don't we, but it's worth it because he does 'limp' and 'woobie' Sammy so well.
Can't wait for more and gutted you're away from Monday but have a brilliant, brilliant time.
This broke my heart into a million and one pieces. Poor Sammy. Brillant work Charli, just brillant. :) And Dean holding his little brother together was/is beautiful.
