Head stitched n glued back together, bruised nose from trying to break it and head from sheer frustration. Then went escape, spotted route up gate onto roof so at 10:30 smoking time went for it and climbed right to the top and as far along as I could, nurse caught up and dragged me down it like a maniac, to some metal level where he tried to shove

Oh Jo i wish i knew what to say. I know hospital isn't a good environment to be in and you just want to be out but i'm scared about you running away and worried that if they catch you again you're just going to have to stay in there longer. I know it sucks to play their game though x
