I'm doing this Wellness Coaching that my work is offering (for free!) and so far it is going well. I set long-term goals and 3 three-month goals. My WC is helping me to set weekly goals that will get me closer to my bigger goals.

And slow change is actually good, in my opinion. It's a sign that things are actually sticking. Fast change tends to be superficial, slow change deeper, in my experience? Anyway, it's a long hard road, but you're doing fabulously, m'dear. <3
