Thirteen plans for our new house:

1. Own it!! Have to wait until our finance and settlement is all sorted of course :P Just waiting for a call from our finance dude now actually.
   
   
2. Furniture layout. When we have our inspection we have to measure everything up so we can work out where everything will fit and what new stuff we need. Even though we have 3
