We got our formal finance approval today!!!!!!!!!!

Settlement will be 22nd September at the latest but we should have an earlier date if our paperwork is processed promptly.

Oh Erin, I'm so happy for you all. What a great way to end a week. And even if you do have to wait till the 22nd September, that time will fly buy so quickly...it's only a month away!!! 4 weeks....that is like nothing!
