let's swap kids music

So awhile ago, Alex mentioned maybe doing a children's music swap.  I would love to get that started.  I don't know how hectic things are for you, Alex, with Leo, and I don't want to overstep (it was your idea!), but if anyone would like a coordinator, I would be happy to do that

I'm going to give it another day or two and see if anyone else is interested, and then I thought I'd make a custom friends group and give everyone my mailing address, and I'll figure out the logistics of how to do this (maybe everyone makes 2 copies of their cds, and lets me know what copies they want of what was posted...and I can make sure everyone gets an assortment of new ones).

We are just starting to build up a "library" for L, but we do have:

Raffi - Baby Beluga
Raffi - Singable Songs for the Very Young
Music Together Bells Collection
Justin Timberlake - FutureSex/LoveSounds

Ok, that last one is obviously a joke. But I'm serious when I say that our little miss *loves* herself some JT! ;)

Hee...we listen to all kinds of stuff on the radio. I guess I'm building her vocabulary with a little Madonna here and there :-).

I really love this idea, but I don't have a ton to contribute yet at this point.

Rosemary Clooney - Mother's and Daughters (not lullabies and actually not so much kids music, more like old school classics, but just putting it out there)

I'm thinking that, as long as you sent me an addressed envelope with postage, I would be happy to send you copies of as much stuff as you want...doesn't matter so much what each person wants to contribute to me! Maybe we'll build up your library!

Plus, I'd totally be interested in your Rosemary Clooney..why not? doesn't have to be expressly kids music.
