So we love the rain in the Gravy household...We have so much fun coming up with ideas. Today we built a fort and did chores around the house. PT refused to wear his slippers so we made a "fort" rule that in order to build the fort you had to have on a helmet and slippers - he wore them for the rest of the day. Today as we were driving down the street PT asks me for a hug - not wanting to deny him I explained that I would have to give him a hug when we were done driving...His hands were stretched out and I, being the sucker that I am, take advantage of every mommy moment with him so I say to him that we can hold hands. We are sitting in the airport right now our flight from Vegas has been delayed for more than an hour. Our whirlwind trip was supposed to come to an end at a reasonable hour but it seems like that is not going to happen. As I look back at all of the joys, challenges, and adventures I can't help but be thankful for my family and friends. I have a husband who talks a big game but truly appreciates me for what I do and the same goes for me.
