The weather outside today is my favorite kind of weather.  It's a bit over cast, and a little damp.  The smell is fresh, as though it just rained, and there a few birds out, singing to their own little tune.  It's not cold, maybe a little chilly, but warm enough to get away with jeans and a light jacket, and my flip-flops.  A slight breeze brings a ( Read more... )

This song reminds me of Germany this summer. Hanna, Lena, Jascha, Kim, Julia, Sören, and I all went to Fiesta Mexicana to hear Me & the Heat, and they did a cover for this song, and we all walked away singing this song in particular. I had never know who did the original, but I decided to look it up, and I love it. : )

I started a new paper journal yesterday.  I suppose it got me thinking.  How much about myself I have put down on paper, for my eyes only.  But what happens to my life story when I am no longer here?  (yeah yeah, morbid.  I know)  But still.  Part of me wants to lock up all of my journals and diaries in a a big chest and hide it in the attic, where ( Read more... )

This year as flown by.  January was hard.  Struggling with saying goodbye, and juggling my classes.  I had an overload schedule, and two classes that over lapped.  I almost got in to the top choir.  It was an emotional month.

So I'm back from Williamsburg.  Aside from the whole family part (haha), it was a good trip.  The weather was perfect, and my sister and were getting along great.  So I enjoyed myself.  I took a lot of pictures, so I'll put some up.
