While I was in college I walked around all day. Now that I'm working in an office I hardly walk at all. I think its showing in many ways.

Most interestingly in my allergy medicine. When I was at college I would take it then walk around all day and use up more energy cause I felt better. Now that I just sit around all day I don't use as much energy
