Now, why is it...that when they cast people to play Beatles in a biographical look on the boys, they never cast anybody with the same striking resemblences as them, or anyone that looks so much like them it's scary?

The only 2 guys I've seen look remarkably like the Beatles they were portraying were Ian Hart (John Lennon in Backbeat) and George

Also Ian Hart did a great Job as John and it's Gary BlackWell he was in BackBeat AND The Linda McCartney Story.

Interesting fact for you, you know the guy who plays George in Backbeat? Well he plays Paul in the tribute band The Backbeat Beatles and he sounds so much like him. He is in Water!! So you've heard him sing and so you know he sounds like Paul.
